VipTaik Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

1General Terms

VipTaik is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and designated regions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between VipTaik and each registered member. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms set out in this agreement.

VipTaik reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time and for any reason — particularly where local laws or VipTaik's own policies prohibit the provision of such services.

2Account & Registration

Each user may register only one account. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, VipTaik reserves the right to close them and forfeit any associated balances.

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account.
• Sharing your account credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

3Age & Eligibility

VipTaik's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Allowing anyone underage to register or place bets is strictly prohibited.

VipTaik reserves the right to verify the age of any member. A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested if needed. Failure to provide proof of age will result in immediate account suspension.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

VipTaik accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and BRAC Bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally instant; BRAC Bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• The name on the deposit method must match the account holder's name.
• Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• KYC verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Processing is typically completed within 1–24 hours.
• Winnings are returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on VipTaik:

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled.
• VipTaik reserves the right to void any bet recorded at an incorrect price due to a technical error.
• Odds may change before a match begins — the final odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• Odds can change rapidly during live betting.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with VipTaik's own policies.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities for personal gain — including arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited.

VipTaik may take additional time to verify the outcome of any bet, particularly for large-stake wagers.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at VipTaik come with their own terms. The general rules are as follows:

• Each bonus offer comes with a specified wagering requirement — you must place bets totalling a set multiple of the bonus amount before withdrawals are permitted.
• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.
• Attempting to hedge or cancel bets placed with bonus funds may result in the bonus being voided.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• VipTaik reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VipTaik:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack the system or using malware.
• Betting using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Fraudulent or deceptive behaviour toward other members.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

8Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any outstanding balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

VipTaik may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud.
• Failure to verify age.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Direction from a regulatory authority.

9Limitation of Liability

VipTaik is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Technical failures by third parties (e.g., payment gateway outages).
• If your password is compromised due to your own negligence.
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

However, if a member suffers losses due to a system error on our end, VipTaik will take appropriate corrective action.

10Changes to Terms

VipTaik reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered number or a dashboard notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. It's good practice to check this page regularly.
